libproxy0.4-cil software package provides automatic proxy configuration management library (CLI), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libproxy0.4-cil
libproxy0.4-cil is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libproxy0.4-cil package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libproxy0.4-cil *
You will get with libproxy0.4-cil package name, version, architecture and description in a table
